In Florida a summer kitchen usually means a poured slab, block work and stucco: permits, several trades and a crew in your backyard for most of a season. Cosmos is twelve precision modules, configured to your plan, finished in our workshop and delivered ready to use. It stands on adjustable feet that anchor to the surface you already have.

Four weeks later your dealer delivers finished units and anchors them to your existing surface. One day, no dust, no demolition and no concrete.

Strong UV, coastal salt air and hurricane season are why most outdoor kitchens here look tired after two summers. These three materials are the reason ours does not.

Ultra-compact surface that does not fade under UV and does not stain. The same material specified on facades and commercial kitchens worldwide.

Structure

316 marine-grade steel

The grade used on boats, not the 304 that rusts within sight of the ocean. Grill and sink components built to stand in salt air.

Installation

Anchored, not poured

Adjustable feet bolt straight to your existing patio, lanai or pool deck. It stands through storm season without a slab under it, and it comes up again if you ever move it.

The things people ask before they book.

Do I need a permit?

A Cosmos kitchen is freestanding, so there is no structural build-out on your property. Utility work (gas, water, power) still follows local code, and your Florida dealer confirms exactly what your county requires before anything is ordered.

How is it connected?

Gas, water and power come to agreed points, which are marked on the drawings you receive with your design. Your dealer coordinates the connection on delivery day.

Will it survive hurricane season?

The materials are chosen for exactly this climate: Dekton is unaffected by UV, 316 steel is the marine grade, and iroko is used in exterior joinery. Units are freestanding, so they can be secured or relocated the way you would secure any outdoor furniture.

What happens if I move?

The kitchen is not built into your house. It is set in place, which means it can be lifted and moved with you, or left as an asset that raises the value of the sale.

How long does it really take?

48 hours for the design and fixed price. Approximately four weeks from your approval to delivery. One day to set in place.

Can I start smaller and add later?

Yes. That is the point of a module system. Start with grill, storage and counter, then add refrigeration, a sink or a corner unit later, and it still matches, because it is the same system.
