General Terms and Conditions of the Manufacturer's Warranty and Service
The guarantee applies exclusively to Q-boo modular outdoor kitchens.
A 2-year warranty for moving and wooden parts, accessories, burners, steel parts and Dekton.
A 10-year warranty for steel parts and Dekton , after registering the kitchen on the manufacturer's website: www.q-boo.com
The manufacturer's warranty covers defects and discrepancies reported within 2 years from the date of sale to the end customer.
It is recommended to use a kitchen cover for daily use.
• Repairs under warranty are carried out free of charge, except in situations when:
o The product is used contrary to the product's operating instructions.
o The gas used is not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
o There is unauthorized interference with the device's construction.
In the event of a defect not covered by the warranty, the Service reserves the right to charge a fee for service diagnosis. A repair quote will be sent to the customer for approval each time.
Reporting Faults:
• Faults and discrepancies should be reported via email: hello@q-boo.com. The address is also available on the Q-boo website.
The report should include:
• Contact details of the reporting party,
• Index / Project number of the outdoor kitchen
• Invoice/order number,
• Detailed description of the fault,
• Attached photo or video illustrating the issue.
After reporting the fault, the Service will contact the reporting party to determine how to resolve the complaint.
Post-Warranty Service
Defects reported after 2 years from the date of sale to the end customer, for products older than 3 years, are covered by paid post-warranty service, covered by a 10-year warranty from the Manufacturer.
• The customer bears the cost of repairing post-warranty defects.
• Before starting the repair, the Service will present the customer with a preliminary repair cost estimate for approval.
• The customer is obligated to cover the repair costs before the kitchen is repaired.
Terms of Service
• The Service reserves the right to refuse post-warranty service if spare parts are unavailable.
• Any repairs performed by persons not authorized by the Service will result in the loss of the warranty.
Transport Costs:
• Warranty – covered by Q-boo.
• Post-warranty – covered by the customer after prior acceptance of the quote sent by Q-boo.
Final Provisions:
• These regulations are effective from [insert date].
• The Service reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. Customers will be informed of any changes via email from Q-boo.
