General Terms and Conditions of Manufacturer's Warranty and Service
The manufacturer of Q-boo Outdoor Kitchens provides the following warranties to the registered purchaser of the kitchens:
• A 10-year warranty on steel components and Dekton slabs, upon registering the kitchen
• A 2-year warranty covering movable parts, wooden components, electrical elements, accessories, and burners.
A kitchen that is not registered on the manufacturer's website is covered by a 2-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or usage that is inconsistent with the operating instructions and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
In the case of a defect not covered by the warranty, the Service reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee. A repair estimate will be sent to the customer for approval.
Reporting Defects:
• Defects and non-conformities should be reported via email to: hello@q-boo.com. This address is also available on the Q-boo website.
The report should include:
• Contact details of the person reporting,
• Index/project number of the outdoor kitchen,
• Invoice/purchase number,
• A detailed description of the defect,
• An attached photo or video illustrating the issue.
After reporting the defect, the Service will contact the person who reported it to determine the resolution of the complaint.
Post-Warranty Service:
Defects reported after 2 years from the date of sale to the final customer, for products older than 3 years, are subject to a paid post-warranty service within the framework of the manufacturer’s 10-year warranty.
• The customer bears the cost of repairs for post-warranty defects.
• Before starting the repair, the Service will present an initial estimate for the customer’s approval.
• The customer is obliged to pay for the repair before it is carried out.
Service Conditions:
• The Service reserves the right to refuse post-warranty repairs if replacement parts are unavailable.
• Any repairs performed by unauthorized individuals will void the warranty.
Transportation Costs:
• Within the warranty – covered by Q-boo.
• After the warranty – covered by the customer, after prior approval of the estimate provided by Q-boo.
Final Provisions:
• These terms and conditions are effective from [insert date].
• The Service reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Customers will be informed of changes via email from Q-boo.
