OVO GS combines flame tamers, a removable grease tray and a well-designed front-to-back ventilation system, creating an exceptionally comfortable and controlled grilling environment. The flame tamers spread the heat evenly, limit direct contact between the flame and the food, and catch dripping fat, which is then vaporised. This makes grilling more stable, cleaner and easier to control.
Once you finish cooking, the removable grease tray makes cleaning quick, while the ventilation system ensures proper airflow and effective heat dissipation. All these solutions were designed to provide maximum convenience, safety and control during every grilling session.

The gas cylinder sits in a separate, enclosed and ventilated compartment, so it stays completely hidden within the OVO GS structure. This keeps the kitchen looking neat, with no visible parts of the gas installation.
At the same time, the compartment gives you easy access to the cylinder whenever it needs replacing. A well-thought-out solution that combines everyday convenience with safety and preserves the consistent, minimalist character of the whole kitchen.
